About Client

The App is a platform designed to streamline real-time site inspection services, catering to the needs of property and land requestors. The platform allows users to easily create inspection jobs by selecting a customizable template and completing payment. Nearby freelancers, known as Viewers, can accept these jobs, answer specific questions about the property, and upload detailed site inspection photos as required. Viewers have the opportunity to earn money by joining the platform and completing assigned tasks. To ensure quality, the App Admin team conducts thorough reviews of each completed job, ensuring accuracy before updating the job status.

The Challenges

The key challenge for the App was translating the client’s unique vision and concept into a seamless app and admin panel experience. Our team carefully designed the UI to reflect the actions of both users and administrators. For the admin panel, we took rough blueprints provided by the client and turned them into functional, user-friendly designs that exceeded expectations and covered all required functionalities optimally.

Another challenge was creating an intuitive flow for freelancers, allowing them to easily add and verify bank accounts, accept jobs, upload or capture photos at site location, answer property-related questions, and submit tasks efficiently, all while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free user experience.

The Solutions

To address the challenges for the App, our team started by thoroughly analyzing the client’s requirements and transforming them into well-structured App wireframes and design mockups. For the admin panel, we used the client’s rough blueprints as a foundation, refining them into intuitive designs that offered full control over job management, quality control, and user oversight.

For the freelancer flow, we designed a user-friendly system that simplified bank account verification, job acceptance, photo uploads, answering inspection questions, and submitting tasks. Our developers ensured a seamless experience by optimizing the app’s functionality to handle real-time updates, secure payment processes, and smooth user interactions. Rigorous testing ensured the platform’s stability and ease of use, resulting in a well-rounded solution ready for launch.
