About Vendome


Vendome is a multi-brand e-commerce store dealing in high-end fashion brands like Karl Lagerfeld, BALR, Versace, Moschino, Marc O’Polo, and more. The name Vendome sums up the brand’s mission, which is Vitality, Ecological, New, Discovery, Opportunity, Miracles, and Enigma.
Vendome is an importer of latest, unique, and contemporary fashion pieces including apparel, footwear, belts, and other fashion accessories. They sell products at import and sale prices, and also sell gift cards.

Project Execution

The Problem

Vendome had an old website but it was severely outmoded and they were facing a high cart abandonment rate. So, the website needed a complete revamping. Our Shopify experts planned to build their website from scratch.
The challenges in front of us were finding a Shopify theme that matched the brand’s requirements, remodeling the website’s UI/UX design, providing multi-lingual support, analyzing behavioral biometrics of existing customers, catalogue management, and cart optimization.
The goal was to build a sturdy and safe store infrastructure with added features to boost the Digital Customer Experience (DCX). On top of that, we had very tight deadlines.

The Solution

Our website designers and Shopify experts worked in collaboration to build a high-performing e-store design and started theme integration at the earliest. Our development experts worked and tested the back-end system to make inventory and catalogue management easy for the client.
The original website needed to be in Hebrew and with multi-lingual support, we added the English version of the website too. We also integrated Added Dynamic Sections and Snippets.
We then added the required payment gateways and methods that suited the monetization model of Vendome. Once all was done with the website, we then worked on their content, catalogue, policies, etc. to make the website SEO-rich. Our marketing team also took it to channel management to boost the authorization rate.

Simultaneously, the marketing team took it to competitor analysis and empathy mapping which helped the entire project scale. We faced challenges when optimizing the card, adding multilingual support, and managing the database.

Our team walked an extra mile to meet the deadlines and we finally succeeded. The feature-packed, high-performing store was launched on the set date - after passing through several tests.
