The Problem
Creating a real-time, user-friendly mobile app with a sophisticated admin panel required transforming the client’s unique vision into a seamless user experience. The app needed to cater to two primary audiences: property inspection requesters and freelancers.
With each group having distinct requirements, the core challenge was to design an intuitive flow for freelancers to accept jobs, verify bank accounts, upload inspection photos, and submit tasks. Also, it was required to ensure secure payment processing, real-time job updates, and user-friendly interfaces for both freelancers and inspection requestors.
The Solution
To address the challenges for the app, our software development company started by thoroughly analyzing the client’s requirements and transforming them into well-structured app wireframes and design mockups. For the admin panel, we used the client’s rough blueprints as a foundation, refining them into intuitive designs that offered full control over job management, quality control, and user oversight.
For the freelancer flow, we designed a user-friendly system that simplified bank account verification, job acceptance, photo uploads, answering inspection questions, and submitting tasks.
