Vendome’s existing eCommerce site was severely outmoded, facing a high cart abandonment rate. It required a complete revamp with a robust store infrastructure and an array of added features to boost the Digital Customer Experience (DCX). The project also required remodeling the UI/UX design, providing multi-lingual support, analyzing behavioral biometrics of the existing customers, and enabling catalog management and cart optimization. The biggest challenge was to identify a Shopify theme that would match the brand’s unique requirements. On top of that, the project was running on a tight budget and deadline.
Our website designers and Shopify experts worked in collaboration to build a high-performing eStore design and performed theme integration at the earliest. We first tested the back-end system to make inventory and catalog management easy for the client. The original website needed to be in Hebrew with multi-lingual support, so we added the English version of the website and also integrated dynamic sections and snippets. We then added the required payment gateway methods that suited the monetization model of Vendome. Once all was done, our digital transformation agency worked on the content and ranking to make it SEO-rich.

Once we were done analyzing the market and competition, we created a six-month plan for eCommerce store optimization, content creation, and SEO. The plan focussed on distinct parts:

Using Shopify, we designed a theme aligned with Vendome’s brand and integrated crucial features, including multilingual support, secure payment gateways, and an optimized cart experience.
We crafted SEO-friendly product descriptions, category texts, and policy pages to boost the store’s search engine visibility. This also includes writing keyword-rich meta tags and descriptions for different website pages.
The feature-packed, high-performing store was launched on the set date after passing through different quality assurance tests. The store underwent rigorous usability, security, and performance testing to ensure a smooth launch.
