The primary challenge was to integrate multiple real-time functionalities, such as live-streaming, stat tracking, event scheduling, and team communication. The client wanted to integrate them into a single platform without sacrificing the user experience on either mobile or web.
Also, ensuring seamless data synchronization, particularly for video highlights and live updates, demanded a robust backend and optimized infrastructure. On top of that, the project required customization options to accommodate the unique needs of coaches and team managers.
Our app development agency collaborated closely with the client to design an intuitive, multi-featured platform that brings together live-streaming, real-time stat tracking, scheduling, communication, and a digital whiteboard into one cohesive app. Using Firebase for real-time data updates and Node.js for the backend, we built an infrastructure that supports smooth scheduling and stat tracking.
The app now offers coaches powerful tools, including automated schedules, performance tracking, and team messaging. The streamlined design and advanced functionalities allow users to coordinate with ease and stay organized. Players and coaches also have access to a shared library of videos and photos to capture important moments.
The goal of the project was to develop a robust sports management app to streamline coordination, enhance team communication, and provide real-time updates to users. The specific objectives were to:

Once we were done analyzing the project and competition, we created a six-month plan which was broken down into distinct phases to ensure success and efficiency.

Using Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android, we built native apps with high responsiveness.
