Ecommerce enablement, website optimization
“I would just like to say a few words about SoftProdigy. When I first took on the challenge of e-commerce enablement, I thought it was going to be very complicated for a non-technical person like myself. Thanks to you guys, it has all been made easy with your excellent support and knowledge. Without you, I would have been lost.”
The client was looking for e-commerce enablement solutions that would help the GreenChoice store receive orders and process them over the internet. The main challenge was to manage an extensive database of 360K+ products that are evaluated on hundreds of dietary, health, and sustainability data points.
We began with the optimization of the search engine and Meta information. Options were added to track sales, logins, and other important data for growth and marketing. Later, we optimized the images to help the client improve the loading time of certain web pages.
Websites surveys and tests were performed to analyze the situation.
E-commerce enabler solutions like Shopify were suggested to the client.
A wireframe/prototype was kept in place for any potential changes.
E-commerce enablement was done by using Shopify and React integration.
Once the enablement was done, the website was observed for some weeks.
After discussing the project with the client, we looked for e-commerce enablement options that would best fit the GreenChoice store. A plan was created to manage online orders and process them over the internet.
The plan was executed to optimize the store for the search engine and Meta information. Also, different features were added to track vital details like online sales and logins.
To monitor the important data for growth and marketing, we ran several tests and helped the client with the product designs. This ultimately reduced the website-loading speed and boosted the sales.
The tools and technologies we used for the e-commerce enablement of GreenChoice:
There's no shortage of remarkable ideas, what's missing is the will to execute them.
